Сегодня я расскажу о том, с чего начинается путь начинающего бизнесмена. Чаще всего это: регистрация предприятия. Т.е. юр.лица частного вида собственности, учредителем является физ. лицо. Подробные инструкции о том, как должна проходить регистрация предприятия. Там дана информация о ситуации в Киеве, но во многом она будет схожа и для России. Для начала нужно собрать все необходимые документы, определится с юр. адресом и составе учредителей. Очень важно понимать, что в Уставе - основном документе, на основе которого регистрируется и действует предприятие, будут зафиксированы все основные положения функционирования предприятия и что самое главное - распределение прибыли. Регистрация фактически проводится в органах государственной власти на основе законов о хозяйственной деятельности предприятия. Очень рекомендую прочесть основные положения этих законов, это поможет убрать целый ряд ненужных вопросов. Есть целый ряд фирм, предлагающих свои услуги по регистрации предприятий всех видов собственности. Решать Вам, времени позже будет еще меньше, а вот исправить что-то будет очень тяжело. Фактически, перерегистрация предприятия означает закрытие его, а затем регистрация его с нуля.
